N2-Receipt General Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between N2-Receipt and its users. By using the app, you fully agree to these Terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, the company is also bound by these Terms. Don't agree? Please do not use N2-Receipt.
About N2-Receipt's ownership
The app, its code, design, brand and features belong exclusively to our company. You may not attempt to access the source code or reproduce features without written authorization. Suggestions for improvements may be implemented without granting any rights over them.
About your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter into the app, for protecting your device, and for use by authorized or unauthorized third parties. N2-Receipt is not responsible for unauthorized access to your device or losses arising from third-party use.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the app to generate or store illegal or offensive material, material protected by third-party copyright without authorization, or to reverse-engineer, resell or modify the app without authorization.
Purchase and license to use
N2-Receipt is sold through the Google Play Store and/or the Apple App Store as a one-time payment, which grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app. There is no subscription, monthly fee or recurring charge: once purchased, the app can be used for an indefinite period, subject to the updates made available through the app stores.
Refunds
Refund requests are processed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, following each store's policies. In accordance with art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, users may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the app has not been actually used during that period.
Your data stays on your device
Unlike other management systems, N2-Receipt has no servers of its own and no cloud user account: all the data you enter (company, clients, receipts, items, photos, etc.) is stored locally, in your own device's database. We do not collect, transmit or process your data on external servers, and we do not share it with third parties.
Backing up your data
N2-Receipt provides an export/backup feature within the app itself, which lets you generate a file with all your data and save it wherever you prefer (a cloud storage service of your choice, computer, email, etc.), as well as a restore feature from that file. Performing backups is the user's sole responsibility. N2-Receipt is not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstalling the app, device replacement, loss, theft or damage, or any other cause, if the user has not performed their own backup using the feature described above.
Data deletion
Since N2-Receipt does not keep your data on external servers, you can delete your data at any time, either directly in the app (by removing the desired records) or by uninstalling the app from your device — which permanently erases the local database and all its content. This deletion is final and cannot be reversed by us, since we do not keep a copy of your data.
Legal validity of documents
Responsibility for the legal, fiscal and tax validity of documents issued through N2-Receipt (receipts, invoices, estimates and purchase orders) rests exclusively with the user, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code and other applicable legislation. N2-Receipt is a management support tool and does not replace accounting, tax or legal advice.
N2-Receipt is provided "as is"
The app is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or permanent availability. We do not guarantee fitness for any specific purpose beyond what is described on the app's store listing.
Limitation of liability
N2-Receipt's total liability toward the user is limited to the amount actually paid for the license to use the app.

Final provisions
These Terms supersede any prior agreements relating to N2-Receipt. Any dispute will preferably be resolved amicably.
Privacy Policy
N2-Receipt was built to run entirely on your device. The data you enter into the app — such as your company name, clients, suppliers, items, receipts, invoices and attached photos — is yours and is stored locally, in the device's own database.
- We do not operate servers that store or process the data you enter into the app.
- We do not sell, share or transmit your registered data to third parties.
- The app purchase is processed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to each platform's own privacy policy.
- If you use the app's backup feature to save your data to a cloud service of your choice, the handling of that data is then governed by the privacy policy of the service you chose.
If you uninstall the app or delete your data within it, that information is permanently removed from your device and we have no way to recover it, since we do not keep a copy in our systems.
